Abstract: This study aims to examine the effect of organizational citizenship behavior and job insecurity on good governance practices with job satisfaction as a mediation variable. The sample of this research is the managers of "Nepal Van Java". The sampling method used purposive sampling with a total sample of 115 respondents. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression with the help of the Smart-PLS program.
