This study aims to examine the effect of organizational citizenship behavior and job insecurity on good governance practices with job satisfaction as a mediation variable. The sample of this research is the managers of "Nepal Van Java". The sampling method used purposive sampling with a total sample of 115 respondents. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression with the help of the Smart-PLS program. The results of this study indicate that job satisfaction has no effect on good governance practices, organizational citizenship behavior has a positive effect on good governance practices, job insecurity has a positive effect on good governance practices, organizational citizenship behavior has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, job insecurity has a negative effect and does not significant on job satisfaction, job satisfaction does not mediate organizational citizenship behavior on good governance practices, and job satisfaction does not mediate job insecurity on good governance practices.
