Kişilik Tiplerinin Gıda Tercihlerine Etkisi (Effect of Personality Traits on Food Preference)

Abstract: Besinlerin seçiminde bireysel, kültürel ve sosyal faktörler etkili olmaktadır. Bireysel faktörlerden olan kişilik tipleri neyi, neden ve nasıl yaptığımız ile alakalı düşünce ve davranışlarımızı etkilemektedir. Bu çalışmanın amacı bireylerin kişilik tiplerinin gıda tercihlerine etkisini incelemektir. Bu araştırmanın evrenini Türkiye'nin çeşitli bölgelerinde yaşayan kişiler oluşturmaktadır.
