Kolloidchemische Eigenschaften, Verteilungs‐und Bindungsverhalten von Phenothiazinderivaten, 2. Mitt.: Einfluß von chemischer Struktur und Milieubedingungen auf die Mizellgewichte

Abstract: Bei Untersuchungen der Assoziatgriii3e von 13 Phenothiazinderivaten in Gegenwart von 0,9 % Natriumchlorid wurden Mizellgewichte von 2500, entsprechend einer Aggregationszahl von 6 (Thioproperazin) bis 25000, entsprechend einer Aggregationszahl von 67 (Thioridazin) gefunden. Am Beispiel von Methiomeprazin und Thioridazin wurde nachgewiesen, dal\ das Mizellgewicht mit steigendem Elektrolytgehalt der Losung zunimmt.Die Erhohung der Temperatur fuhrt zu einem Abbau der Mizellgewichte.
