Komposisi Kimia, Aktivitas Antibakteri, Dan Potensi Sebagai Kemasan Aktif Beberapa Minyak Atsiri Dari Tanaman Rempah Indonesia

Abstract: KOMPOSISI KIMIA, AKTIVITAS ANTIBAKTERI, DAN POTENSI UNTUK KEMASAN AKTIF BEBERAPA MINYAK ATSIRI DARI TANAMAN REMPAH INDONESIA. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui komposisi kimia dan aktifitas antibakteri dari 6 jenis minyak atsiri Indoensia.
