Nowadays, 60% adolescents in Indonesia admitted that had practiced premarital sexbehavior and 50% of people living with HIV and AIDS are adolescent age group. Thenegative consequences of sex behavior which causes an Indonesian adolescent disruptedopportunities continue study at school, enter the work force, starting become a familyand become a member of society as well. Premarital intercourse makes unintendedpregnancy rates still high. Based on data obtained from the Pekanbaru City HIV-AIDSManagement Commission (KPA) in April 2017, it was found that HIV-AIDS caseshave always increased from year to year. The purpose of this study was to determinethe correlation between predisposing, enabling, and reinforcing factors with premaritalsex behavior in adolescents. The design was cross sectional study. This study was conductedAugust 2017 with multistage random cluster sampling and with 481 adolescentrespondents in 18 SMA in Yogyakarta City, which were analyzed using Chi Square test.There were a relationship of knowledge (p = 0.000, RP = 3.893), attitude (p = 0.000, RP= 7.240), self-esteem (p = 0.000, RP = 3.502), source of information (p = 0.003) and peerroles (p = 0.000, RP = 11.660) with premarital sex behavior. Meanwhile, there were norelation of family role (p = 0.436, RP = 0.823) and teacher role (p = 0.053 RP = 1.596)with premarital sex behavior. Knowledge, attitudes, self-esteem, information source andthe role of peers are related to premarital sex behavior. The role of the family and the roleof the teacher are not related to premarital sex in adolescents.

Masa remaja adalah periode rasa ingin tahu yang besar dan ingin mencoba untuk meniru yang dilihat atau didengar. Rasa ingin tahu membuat remaja lebih permisif untuk melakukan perilaku seksual berisiko, namun diduga bahwa pemahaman gama akan menjadi faktor pembeda. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh pemahaman agama, peran orangtua, peran teman sebaya dan penggunaan media sosial terhadap perilaku seksual berisiko pada remaja dengan membandingkan antara santri Madrasah Aliyah di Pesantren Darul Arqam Gombara dengan siswa SMAN 6 Makassar. Penelitian observasional dengan rancangan cross sectional study, melibatkan 79 santri MA Darul Arqam Gombara yang dipilih secara keseluruhan dan 274 orang siswa SMAN 6 yang dipilih secara proporsional stratified random sampling. Analisis menggunakan analisis univariat dan bivariat dengan uji chi square dan uji phi. Hasil penelitian ditemukan ada pengaruh peran orang tua di MA Darul Arqam (p=0,000, φ=0,403) terhadap perilaku seksual berisiko santri sedangkan siswa di SMAN 6 tidak terdapat pengaruh orang tua (p=0,472) terhadap terhadap perilaku seksual berisiko. Adapun pengaruh pemahaman agama (p=0,027, φ=0,134), teman sebaya (p=0,000, φ=0,339) dan penggunaan media sosial p=0,035, φ=0,128) di SMAN 6 terhadap perilaku seksual berisiko pada siswa sedangkan santri di MA Darul Arqam menunjukkan tidak ada pengaruh pemahaman agama (0,811), peran teman sebaya (0,702) dan media sosial (0,063) terhadap perilaku seksual berisiko pada santri.

Adolescents At This Time Experienced A Very Rapid Social Change From Traditional Society Towards Modern Society, Which In Turn Changed The Values, Norms, Including The Lifestyle Of Adolescents. The occurrence of sexual behavior in adolescents has increased which is influenced by factors from adolescent individuals and factors outside of adolescents themselves. This Study Aims To Analyze The Factors of Sexual Behavior In Adolescents. This study used a cross-sectional approach with a sample of 73 grade VIII students in Bogor Tarcess Integrated Junior High School taken by stratified random sampling, which was analyzed using the chi-square test. The results of this study were measured using a questionnaire that described sexual behavior in adolescents had occurred a lot due to factors within and outside elements of adolescent individuals, where access to information, distance, costs, parental relationships, peer influence has a p-value <α (0.05) which means that there is a relationship with risky sexual behavior in adolescents. Still, the attitude factor shows different results ie, 0.853> α (0.05 ), which means not related. Parents and Schools need to work together in providing reproductive health education to adolescents to avoid sexual behavior.
