Kontribusi Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Supervisi Akademik Kepala Sekolah, Kompetensi Pedagogik dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Guru di SMK Kertha Wisata Denpasar

Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kontribusi kepemimpinan transformassional, supervisi akademik, kompetensi pedagogik, motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru di SMK Kertha Wisata Denpasar. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 60 orang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian ex-post facto.
