La mobilisation d'Internet pour recruter : aux limites de la sélection à distance

Abstract: Les travaux centrés sur la comparaison des différents canaux de recrutement soulignent périodiquement les avantages que représente l'utilisation d'Internet. Diffuser une annonce sur un site emploi (job board) plutôt que dans la presse écrite permet ainsi tout à la fois de donner et d'obtenir à un moindre coût davantage d'informations sur davantage d'offres plus récentes dans des lieux plus divers (Autor, 2001).
