La qualité des études qualitatives : principes et pratiques

Abstract: L'objectif de cet article est d'élargir la question de la qualité des études qualitatives par une réflexion globale organisée suivant le modèle des « écarts » de Parasuraman, Zeithaml et Berry ( 15), référence en matière de conceptualisation de la qualité dans les services.Ce modèle permet d'identifier quatre écarts pouvant nuire à la qualité de ce type d'études. Les causes possibles de chacun de ces écarts sont analysées, les points de vigilance soulignés et les propositions pour les réduire développées.
