Large-scale group decision making model based on social network analysis: Trust relationship-based conflict detection and elimination

Abstract: The paper proposes a Trust Relationship-based Conflict * Table 1 is Table 18 in the manuscript. In the two experiments, the conflict threshold is set the same as Φ = 0.3. It means that within the limited iterations T max , when the calculated group conflict degree is less that the threshold, the acceptable consensus is reached and the final decision can be made. As the results recorded in Table 1, if we set 1 *Detailed Response to Reviewers the value of Φ higher than 0.3, we can make the final decision within … Show more

“…It is well known that in most of the decision making processes, the experts' opinions are vague and uncertain due to the limited of knowledge, the cost concern and the unpredictability of decision events [41]- [47]. “…In such cases, a large number of DMs accept the risk of responsibility for the final decision results (Liu, Xu, Montes, Ding, & Herrera, ). A common rule used to define a LGDM problem is the number of DMs more than 11 (Liu, Zhou, Ding, et al, ; Tang & Liao, ). Recently, many scholars have considered the opinions of a large number of DMs during the CRP to ensure accurate results in LGDM (Wu & Xu, ).…”
