Le lobbying en France : une approche par le concept de corégulation

Abstract: Unlike Anglo-Saxon countries, France has adopted only very recently (Sapin 2 Law, 2016) its official definition and a legal framework about corporate lobbying activities. Using the concept of coregulation, this article will focus on analyzing the link (or the interaction) between voluntary and binding standards which regulate lobbying.
