The presents a study of the lexical units of the language of the specialty “Hydrotechnikal Сonstruction” based on a selection of dictionaries, textbooks, articles, regulations and scientific and journalistic texts. There is analysis of concepts of term, terminological field, terminological system, core and their interpretation in the scientific literature. The purpose of the study is to propose a thematic and derivational classification of hydrotechical terms to build a model of a terminological system. The multidimensionality of the hydrotechnical profile, including construction, hydrology and ecology, as well as related to biology, hydropower generation, navigation, agriculture and other branches of scientific and practical activity, is noted. In this regard, a horizontal structure of the terminological fields of the hydrotechnical system is proposed; the set of lexical units of the language of the specialty “hydraulic engineering” is considered as an ordered terminological system with a multi-core structure. The polycentricity of the system of hydrotechnical terms and the difusseness of its constituent microfields has been proved using a quantitative method. The novelty of the study is caused by the specifics of the material, which has been little studied so far, as well as the approach to its systematization. Observation of the hydrotechnical vocabulary made it possible to put forward a hypothesis about the relatively small number of borrowings in its corpus, which in turn determines the ambivalent nature of many hydrotechnical terms and the diffuseness of the microfields that form the terminological system. The study of hydrotechnical terms showed that the process of formation of terminological units can take place in a different sequence: from word to term or from term to word. Moreover, along with the term, its etymon can continue to be used in the general literary language. Derivation is active; however, the borrowing of terms is not the main source of replenishment of hydrotechnical terminology. The conclusions are drawn about the special structure of the terminological system, which reflects the multidimensional nature of. The Hydrotechnikal Сonstruction”, polycentric nature of the hydrotechnical terminological system, which includes intersecting term fields, is explained by the history of the industry and inter-industry relations. The results are necessary for the preparation of a manual for foreigners studying this discipline in Russian, which represents the relevance and practical significance of the study.

Представлено обобщение имеющегося опыта преподавания русского языка как иностранного для иностранных студентов, обучающихся по профилю «Юриспруденция». Подчеркивается, что изучение коммуникативного поведения языковой личности в профессиональной сфере, особенно в юридической, требует учета языковых и культурных факторов в их совокупности. Юридическая терминология отражает национальные правовые традиции, историческое развитие общества, его правовые принципы и идеологию. Сложность профессионального взаимодействия в юридической области обусловлена различиями в логике кодифицированного права и обыденных нравственно-правовых убеждений, которыми обладает каждый человек. Кроме того, каждая национальная правовая система имеет свою уникальную логику, несмотря на наличие определенных универсальных черт. Подготовка специалистов в предметной сфере «Юриспруденция» в рамках поликультурного образования характеризуется необходимостью преодоления ряда трудностей. В числе проблем обозначается необходимость разработки адекватных форм, способов и средств обучения, позволяющих эффективно интерпретировать юридические тексты, сложные по своей синтаксической организации и содержательному наполнению. Особое внимание стоит уделять работе с русской юридической терминологией. Освещаются основные методы и подходы к обучению русскому языку как иностранному в аспекте его рассмотрения в качестве языка специальности, а также применение этих методов в контексте обучения юридической терминологии и специфическим языковым структурам иностранных студентов ‒ будущих юристов. Исследуется вопрос формирования коммуникативных навыков, необходимых для успешного общения в юридической сфере. A summary of the existing experience in teaching Russian as a foreign language for foreign students studying in the “Jurisprudence” profile is presented. It is emphasized that the study of the communicative behavior of a linguistic personality in the professional field, especially in the legal field, requires taking into account linguistic and cultural factors in their totality. Legal terminology reflects national legal traditions, the historical development of society, its legal principles and ideology. The complexity of professional interaction in the legal field is due to differences in the logic of codified law and ordinary moral and legal beliefs that each person possesses. In addition, each national legal system has its own unique logic, despite the presence of certain universal features. The training of specialists in the subject area of “Jurisprudence” within the framework of multicultural education is characterized by the need to overcome a number of difficulties. Among the problems is the need to develop adequate forms, methods and means of teaching that allow effective interpretation of legal texts that are complex in their syntactic organization and content. Special attention should be paid to working with Russian legal terminology. The main methods and approaches to teaching Russian as a foreign language are covered in the aspect of considering it as a language of specialty, as well as the application of these methods in the context of teaching legal terminology and specific language structures to foreign students - future lawyers. The issue of developing communication skills necessary for successful communication in the legal field is explored.

The article deals with the study of methodological problems of increasing the effectiveness of legislative regulation of Russian society and the state socio-economic development processes in the face of severe sanctions pressure from Western countries led by the United States. A complex of problems of improving the quality of law-making processes is considered. To assess the effectiveness of legal norms, it is proposed to use criteria and mechanisms for evaluating their efficiency, reflecting the degree of the goals set achievement in the process of their development, taking into account the costs and expended resources of various types. To solve the problems of advanced assessment of the developed legal norms effectiveness, it is proposed to use the scenario analysis methodology, which provides the possibility of information support and assessment of the quality of regulatory and legal decisions development and implementation within the framework of lawmaking processes. The approach proposed for solving the problems under consideration is based on the development and study of simulation models that allow analyzing a wide class of processes and phenomena in the legal, socio-political and socio-economic spheres. The results obtained in the course of the study allow to conclude that it is expedient to introduce the scenario-forecasting expertise procedures into the practice of drafting legislative acts, their analysis and efficiency evaluation (including the assessment of the effectiveness of law enforcement practice), which will complement the set of currently used procedures for the comprehensive examination of draft laws (legal, juridical-technical, criminological, anti-corruption, linguistic, etc.).
