Liderazgo: una práctica sistémica en el futuro empresarial

Abstract: El presente artículo con enfoque cualitativo de tipo revisión documental, discute la evolución del liderazgo y lo divide en tres etapas. A partir de estas rupturas, que emergieron del análisis de artículos científicos y reflexiones propias, el liderazgo trasciende y evidencia una nueva forma de gestión.
