Linosid A und B, zwei neue Flavon-C-glykoside aus Linum maritimum L. / Linoside A and B, Two New Flavone-C-glycosides from Linum maritimum L.

Abstract: Linoside from Linum maritimum L. to which the structure 3',4'-Dimethyl-luteolin-7-0-rhamnoside was assigned by VOLK and SINN turned out not to be identical with the synthesized glycoside. On reinvestigation Linoside could be separated into two components (Linoside A and B) and structurally elucidated as the new flavone-C-glycosides 5-hydroxy-7,3',4'-trimethoxy-flavone-6-C-[6-or 2-0-a-L-(O-acetyl-rhamno) -/?-D-glucopyranoside and its desacetylderivative respectively.Im Jahre 1968 isolierten VOLK und SINN 1 aus … Show more
