Localization and Composition of Fructans in Stem and Rhizome of Agave tequilana Weber var. azul

Abstract: Methodology combining mass spectrometry imaging (MSI) with ion mobility separation (IMS) has emerged as a biological imaging technique due to its versatility, sensitivity and label-free approach.
