Low prevalence of Helicobacter pylori infection among patients with inflammatory bowel disease

Abstract: SUMMARY BackgroundThere is some preliminary evidence to suggest that patients with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) are less frequently infected with Helicobacter pylori than the general population.
