Management of Infected and Sterile Pancreatic Necrosis by Programmed Endoscopic Necrosectomy

Abstract: Introduction: Necrosectomy is the gold standard treatment for infected pancreatic necrosis (IPN). A percutaneous and endoscopic approach has been accepted in selected cases.
