Management of Liver Adenomatosis by Radiofrequency Ablation

Abstract: Traditionally, surgical resection has been the treatment of choice in many patients with hepatocellular adenoma because of the risk of rupture, hemorrhage and malignant transformation. However, some patients are not amenable for surgery due to the extensive involvement of the liver, as in patients with liver adenomatosis.
