The importance of conducting in-depth research related to madrasah culture that is applied by madrasa is related to how teachers perform with exemplary, seriousness and responsibility. This research is a type of qualitative research with the approach used is a case study. The research location is in Madrasah Aliyah Darul Falah Cermee Bondowoso. Data collection methods obtained from observation, documentation, and interviews. Data analysis was performed by selecting and compiling the data obtained, then processed and analyzed so that conclusions can be drawn. The results of research on the application of religious culture at Madrasah Aliyah Darul Falah Cermee Bondowoso are: Planning, implementation and evaluation. Religious cultural program planning is carried out by making the vision and mission of the madrasa in accordance with the objectives of religious culture and national goals. The implementation stage of religious culture is carried out with extracurricular and extracurricular activities. The intraculular process or what is called the process of applying religious culture through learning. Meanwhile, religious culture in extracurricular activities and habituation such as smiling greetings and greetings, reciting prayers regularly in the morning, cleanliness, exemplary, and giving gifts and punishments. Implementation of evaluation through semester examination activities and evaluation of madrasah administrators in the discipline of teachers and students. The recommendation for further research is to take a cultural or ethnographic approach so that the research results are more comprehensive

Students are school inputs that affect the quality and achievement of educational goals. Differences in talents, motivations, and characteristics of students, school zoning systems, schools focus more on increasing the quantity than the quality of students, the availability of facilities and infrastructure, the number of educators and education are some of the problems related to students. These problems have an impact on the quality of graduates and the achievement of educational goals in schools. Therefore, students in educational units need to be managed properly through the concept of student management. The purpose of writing this article is to describe and analyze the management of students in the education unit. The writing of this article uses the library research method. Student management are activities carried out by schools and related to students. Activities in student management include; Planning for students (needs analysis, recruitment, selection, orientation, placement, recording and reporting of students), student development, student evaluation and student transfer. Education unit managers need to optimize the management of quality students so that students receive optimal educational services from entering school until they graduate from school.

Tujuan dari dilakukannya kegiatan ini adalah (1) memberikan media bagi mahasiswa untuk bisa mempraktikkan materi perkuliahan kepemimpinan; (2) membekali para siswa yang menjadi aktivis organisasi sekolah dengan berbagai keterampilan dalam memimpin dan mengelola organisasi. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut maka strategi yang penulis gunakan adalah dengan menjadikan mahasiswa sebagai tutor diklat kepemimpinan bagi siswa. Kegiatan dilaksanakan dalam empat tahapan. Pertama, tahap perencanaan kegiatan praktikum kepemimpinan dan renstra berbasis pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Kedua, tahap pengorganisasian kegiatan praktikum kepemimpinan dan renstra berbasis pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Ketiga, tahap pelaksanaan kegiatan praktikum kepemimpinan dan renstra berbasis pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Keempat, tahap pengawasan kegiatan praktikum kepemimpinan dan renstra berbasis pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Kegiatan ini dapat berlangsung optimal karena adanya dukungan dari stakeholders dan karena adanya jiwa kepemimpinan yang telah tertanam pada mahasiswa.
