Radicalism is a severe issue that affects many nations, not just Indonesia. This activity at least shows how the nation will always be connected to radical international movements. Nationalist religious principles must be internalized to stop the development of extremist understanding. Indonesia and Germany collaborated and carried out this exercise to foster a welcoming religious environment. In the face of the onslaught of western extremism, Hujjah Aswaja's training provided ideas for educating the Indonesian Islamic diaspora about religion. The community service team helped for three months during the final phase's tremendous internalization of nationalist religious character ideals. The project's results point to significant increases in wawasan kebangsaan and keagamaan levels. It is anticipated that this event will be able to stimulate nationalism to Indonesia among the diaspora now residing in Germany and will serve as a catalyst for understanding keberagaman from the perspective of Ahlussunnah Wal Jama'ah (Aswaja).

This study aims to measure student perceptions regarding the use of Islamic Religious Education (IRE) learning innovations through Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). In simple terms, NLP is oriented to four principles of expertise, namely self-skills, systemic thinking skills, relational skills and Strategic thinking skills which are directed to shape innovation in IRE. This research is qualitative with the object student's perception from the State University of Malang (UM) as many as six classes (240 students). The process of obtaining the data uses structured and guided interviews through the checklist sheet of student responses. The classification of the student enthusiasm scale, which covers high, medium, and low scales, is done during data processing. According to the study's findings, students in the six classes had a majority of high and medium attitudes, but some students had low perceptions about the employment of NLP as an IRE innovation in higher education.

Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana peran dukungan sosial dan implementasi RAB Value terhadap work engagement pada Civitas Akademika yang bekerja di Universitas Abdurrab. Work engagement merupakan situasi dan kondisi ketika individu melibatkan diri secara penuh dalam pekerjaannya. Diantara hal yang bisa meningkatkan work engagement adalah dukungan sosial yang diperoleh individu dari lingkungan sosialnya. Kemudian faktor penting yang harus diamalkan oleh Civitas Akademika Universitas Abdurrab adalah RAB Value yang merupakan ciri khas dan merupakan nilai luhur yang harus ditanamkan di dalam diri. Sebanyak 68 orang partisipan yang terdiri dari 52 orang dosen dan 16 orang tenaga kependidikan terlibat dalam penelitian ini. Penentuan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling yaitu dengan ciri-ciri merupakan karyawan tetap di Universitas Abdurrab. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan skala work engagement, dukungan sosial, dan implementasi RAB Value. Analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa peran yang diberikan dukungan sosial dan implementasi RAB Value menunjukkan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 (p<0,005). Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa dukungan sosial dan implementasi RAB Value berperan terhadap work engagement yang dimiliki civitas akademika Universitas Abdurrab.
