Mapping of the Challenges for the Open Innovation Model’s Implementation in Service Sector

Abstract: The purpose of this article is to provide a conceptual mapping of challenges in the open innovation model's implementation in service sector. For this aim, content analysis of scientific articles was performed using MAXQDA10, primarily in the industries of telecommunications, pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical and automobile services.
