Abstract: Mass spectrometry (MS) applied to the biological sciences in the pharmaceutical industry covers a broad range of application topics, such as quantitative analysis of drugs in physiological fluids, qualitative analysis of noncovalent complexes, structural analysis to determine chirality and protein sequence analysis.
