Mediating Role of Job Embeddedness between Interruptions at Work and Job Satisfaction of Gritty Faculty Members

Abstract: Purpose: The study has examined the job satisfaction of gritty faculty members working on Basic Pay Scale, in public sector universities of Pakistan.
