Plants have many functions. However, the condition of the plants in the garden around the Kertajaya Tangerang Pasraman area is less organized due to the limited area. Therefore, the arrangement of plants in pots placed on flower racks is a solution. On the other hand, Pasraman students need activities to improve their skills and insight. Therefore, training on the design and practice of making flower pot rack products is carried out, the results of which can be used in pasraman. The training is carried out in 2 stages, namely the stage of theory exposure, insight, and field practice stage. The first stage produces various flower pot rack concepts that meet certain specified criteria. The next stage is in the form of field practice to realize the selected design. Making flower pot racks involves the process of measuring materials, cutting, sanding, grinding, assembling, screwing, drilling and painting. The result of the activity is the concept and prototype of an ergonomic flower pot rack and the addition of knowledge and skills. Based on the questionnaire, there was an increase in participants' insight and understanding of the importance of market research and ergonomics in product design by 21.4%. The importance of product design and development stages increased understanding by 28.5%. In practical activities using work equipment in welding workshops and teamwork, there was 42.9%. A total of 85.7% said the instructor's guide was easy to understand, and all participants said the material and activity methods were satisfactoryABSTRAKTanaman memiliki banyak fungsi. Namun kondisi tanaman di taman sekitar area Pasraman Kertajaya Tangerang kurang tertata yang disebabkan oleh terbatasnya area. Oleh karena itu penataan tanaman dalam pot yang diletakkan pada rak bunga adalah solusi. Di sisi lain siswa pasraman sangat memerlukan kegiatan untuk peningkatan wawasan. Oleh karena itu dilakukan pelatihan perancangan dan praktik pembuatan produk rak pot bunga yang hasilnya dapat digunakan di pasraman. Pelatihan dilakukan dalam 2 tahap yaitu tahap pemaparan teori, wawasan dan tahap praktik lapangan. Tahap pertama menghasilkan berbagai konsep rak pot bunga yang memenuhi kriteria tertentu yang ditetapkan. Tahap selanjutnya berupa praktik lapangan mewujudkan desain terpilih. Pembuatan rak pot bunga melibatkan proses mengukur bahan, memotong, mengampelas, menggerinda, merakit, menyekrup, mengebor dan mengecat. Hasil kegiatan adalah konsep dan prototipe rak pot bunga ergonomis dan penambahan ilmu dan ketrampilan. Berdasarkan kuisioner yang diberikan terjadi peningkatan wawasan dan pemahaman peserta terhadap pentingnya riset pasar dan ergonomik pada perancangan produk sebesar 21,4 % dan pentingnya tahapan perancangan dan pengembangan produk terjadi kenaikan pemahaman sebesar 28,5%. Pada kegiatan praktik menggunakan peralatan kerja di bengkel las dan kerjasama dalam team terjadi peningkatan sebesar 42,9%. Sebanyak 85,7% mengatakan panduan instruktur mudah dipahami dan semua peserta mengatakan materi dan metode kegiatan memuaskan.
