The concept of Adaptive Knowledge Management is an approach essentially increasing the effectiveness of project participants in their processes that are unpredictable or initialized in advance by unknown events. The research deals with developing the strategy of proactive formation of project team competencies within an industrial enterprise. The most important component of this strategy is the formation of “knowledge coordinators” who are responsible for knowledge management and the creation of training and knowledge sharing regulations. On the basis of this strategy the method of determining the adaptation potential of team members is developed, which is based on the assessment of project task implementation of different complexity, taking into account the identifiers of continuous knowledge growth, which allows predicting the possibilities of increasing the competence level and determining the sustainability of project team members’ knowledge. This method can be used to form a project team considering the accumulated experience and knowledge of its participants.

La transformación digital supone uno de los principales retos educativos globales, los cuales se han visto acelerados por diversas tendencias del entorno actual y recientemente, por la pandemia del COVID-19. Aunque se han analizado los factores que restringen y habilitan la integración de la tecnología en entornos virtuales y presenciales, esas investigaciones se han enfocado principalmente en la educación de la niñez y de la juventud, pero no de personas adultas. Mediante un análisis de la teoría naciente (propone respuestas tentativas a nuevas preguntas) y madura (presenta construcciones y modelos bien desarrollados) de la educación de personas ejecutivas y los modelos de integración de la tecnología, este ensayo científico procura desarrollar una teoría intermedia que cierre la brecha entre ambos campos del conocimiento. Este estudio propone que los modelos de integración de la tecnología activan la reflexión del profesorado de personas que desempeñan funciones ejecutivas y de dirección. Se concluye que modelos, tales como el TPACK y el SAMR facilitan la reformulación de los modelos mentales para integrar la tecnología en la práctica docente, porque la mera adición de dispositivos o plataformas virtuales no garantiza un adecuado proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje.

This study aimed to examine the influence of the organizational factors (reward, training, and collaboration) and knowledge creation process on R&D project performance. A quantitative approach was employed with the data obtained from the sample of R&D projects from the medical device firms listed on the Association of Malaysian Medical Industries (AAMI). Smart-PLS 3.0 software was used to check the data validity and reliability, and to test the structural path modeling. A total of 115 R&D project managers participated in this study with a response rate of 27.2%. The results revealed that six sub-hypotheses out of seven sub-hypotheses were supported. Based on the findings, this study implies that organizational factors, such as reward and collaboration, with the knowledge creation process as the mediator, are critical to enhance the R&D project performance among medical devices firms. This study provides theoretical and practical implications as well as suggestions for future R&D performance studies in different industries.
