Methodological Aspects of Prioritization of Financial Tools for Stimulation of Innovative Activities

Abstract: The article offers methodical recommendations on evaluation of financial & investment and innovational potential of the region. Evaluation of innovational potential of the territory was conducted on the basis of hierarchical ranking assessments. Financial and investment potential is considered to be equal to net savings per capita.
