Methods of assessment of efficiency of creating regional innovative clusters for dynamic development of economics

Abstract: The deployment of a systemic economic crisis in Ukraine was conditioned by the aggravation of the socio-economic situation in certain regions and the build-up of structural deformations in the economy and the preservation of an inefficient model of production organization.
