Rahmani (2019) stated that life skills training improves student mental health; teaching life skills improves student self-esteem; the effect of education on life skills on physical symptoms, anxiety and insomnia has been meaningful, but there has been no significant effect on social dysfunction and Advances in Social Science, Education and Humanities Research, volume 384 depression; and the effect of life skills training on general selfesteem, social self-esteem, and academic self-esteem was meaningful.…”
