Modelo de Simulación de Alternativas de Productividad para Apoyar los Procesos de Toma de Decisiones en Empresas del Sector Floricultor Antioqueño

Abstract: Este estudio analizó los resultados obtenidos al intervenir un grupo de cinco empresas del sector floricultor del departamento de Antioquia en Colombia, dedicadas a la producción de flores de exportación. Se aplicó el Modelado de Procesos de Negocio (MPN), permitiendo la identificación y recolección de datos asociados a las variables críticas del proceso productivo en sus distintas fases.
