Todos esses in… Show more

“…Time analysis of exercises in dysphonic and no dysphonic subjects needed to generate a voice quality and larynx function modification is still incipient in literature and, future studies with control of voice quality types, larynx disturbances, gender, and age are important to a better comprehension of voice clinical conduction. Several researches use perceptual or acoustic analysis as a criteria to verify the effect of an exercise (5)(6)(7)(8)(9)(10)(11)13) . However more recently the focus of patient opinion has been considered central (19,21) , since hardly a person adheres to a maneuver that causes discomfort.…”

“…It is possible to quote researches involving reverse phonation technique (5) or inhaling phonation (6) , the resonant method (7) , the vocal fry usage (8) , and the sonorous tongue trill (9)(10)(11) .…”

“…Based on this, the authors conclude that children born prematurely and underweight are at risk in terms of vocabulary development. Schwarz and Cielo (2009) proposed a research that had as a purpose to investigate the sensations and the vocal and laryngeal impact produced by the sonorous tongue vibration technique (STVT). The obtained results indicate that after using the STVT, a statistically significant difference was observed in terms of: improvement of voice type; focus of vertical resonance; vocal quality; predominance of positive sensations; maintenance of the larynx images parameters and increase in fundamental frequency, among others.…”

“…The technique has been proven in clinical practice and in studies showing positive results in quality voice emission and adjustment 3,[8][9][10] . It may be associated with tonal variation in the form of vocal warm up exercises, using ascending scales that promote greater vocal cord flexibility and, consequently, increased vocal range 4,6 .…”

“…Tongue-trill exercises are known to benefit vocal quality 3,8,9,15,16 and tonal variation training is used for vocal warm ups in rehearsals in order to increase tessitura. In this respect, associating the tonal variations of vocal warm up exercises, which optimizes vocal flexibility, with the tongue-trill technique, which improves balance in voice emission, may influence the vocal range profile (VRP).…”
