Molecular Diagnostics of Alpha-1-Antitrypsine Deficiency in Clinical Practice

Abstract: The deficiency of serine protease inhibitor, alpha-1-antitrypsin (AATD), is genetically determined defect that increases the risk of lung and liver disease development.
