Monitoring Chronic Outpatient Infections: Providing Comprehensive Home Healthcare Pharmacy Services

Abstract: Management of acute illness has been increasingly shifted to community practitioners. Expansion of community pharmacy into home healthcare has brought new opportunities and responsibilities to community practitioners.
