Multifocal Right Atrial Myxoma with Multiple Pulmonary Embolism

Abstract: A 48-year-old male presented with progressive exertional dyspnea and was found on transthoracic echocardiography to have multiple right atrial masses (Fig. 1). There was severe tricuspid regurgitation with an estimated pulmonary artery pressure of 85 mmHg.
