Resumo: A concorrência acirrada entre as cadeias de suprimento tem promovido a necessidade de melhores práticas de desenvolvimento e gestão de fornecedores por parte das empresas. O presente artigo busca propor um modelo de avaliação e seleção de fornecedores de manutenção industrial, através da aplicação de uma técnica de tomada de decisão multicritério a fim de categorizar as alternativas de fornecedores. A técnica Fuzzy-TOPSIS foi aplicada para avaliar os critérios referentes às dimensões de custos e confiabilidade dentro de uma matriz de categorização proposta. Realizou-se um estudo de caso em uma indústria sucroenergética, na qual o modelo de avaliação e seleção proposto foi aplicado para verificar as alternativas de manutenção para máquinas agrícolas. O resultado obtido culminou em uma ferramenta para auxiliar o processo de tomada de decisão considerando fontes internas e externas de manutenção. O modelo proposto pôde contribuir para a seleção dos fornecedores de manutenção industrial, uma vez que a avaliação realizada fornece subsídios para uma melhor tomada de decisão.

This paper presents data-driven approaches to improving active power output of wind turbines based on estimating their health condition. The main procedure includes estimations of fault degree and health condition level, and optimal power dispatch control. The proposed method can adjust active power output of individual turbines according to their health condition and can thus optimize the total energy output of wind farm. In the paper, extreme learning machine (ELM) algorithm and bonferroni interval are applied to estimate fault degree while analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is used to estimate the health condition level. A scheme for power dispatch control is formulated based on the estimated health condition. Models have been identified from supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) data acquired from an operational wind farm, which contains temperature data of gearbox bearing and generator winding. The results show that the proposed method can maximize the operation efficiency of the wind farm while significantly reduce the fatigue loading on the faulty wind turbines.

To promote the development of electric vehicles (EVs), many charging stations have been built. The construction of charging stations costs a lot, hence it's necessary to evaluate their energy efficiency due to their main aims of energy conservation. In this paper, a fuzzy model based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation (FCE) and analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is presented to evaluate the energy efficiency of charging station. Firstly the evaluation system for the charging station is set up according to AHP and expert surveys, and the evaluation indices are determined by the Argument Delphi method. Then the method to establish the judgment matrix is described, and 7 judgment matrices are established. The process to calculate the weights of all indices in the evaluation system is formulated based on AHP, including the weights for the criterions in the second layer and indices in the third layer. Finally the energy efficiency evaluation on the charging station is conducted according to FCE. The energy efficiency of a charging station in Chongqing was evaluated, and results indicate that the fuzzy model in this paper is effective for the energy evaluation of charging station.
