Multiple increase in productivity of the yeast at reducing the fraction of D2O in water

Abstract: We found a two-fold increase in the productivity of baker's yeast grown on a nutrient mixture prepared in light water with a DO content (127 ppm) smaller than in the distilled water (150 ppm). The number of water monomers that provides the biosynthetic activity (water transport through membrane channels) of yeast cells with an increased CO yield was determined for the first time. We established that the selectivity of cell membrane channels in water of different composition depends not only on the motion of or… Show more

“…Winey has documented fractal-like branching of well-defined vortices in mixtures of whole cow's milk and vinegar after experimental milk samples were exposed to torsion fields [109]. https://www.researchgate.net/publication/353183316_Branching_Vortices_of_Raw_Milk_and_Vinegar_with_red_food _coloring_for_contrast Under the recently introduced NGTC/ascorbolysis/UNMR theoretical framework [11,15], gene expression, editing, recycling, and error correction, might be regulated and mediated by L-ascorbic acid, the L-ascorbic acid free radical, and ortho and para nuclear spin states of water (spin water) [110][111][112] , within a moderately acidic, mildly oxidative, relatively hydrophobic microenvironment [11,15]. L-ascorbic acid levels are known to be high in lymphoid tissue [113][114][115][116][117][118][119][120].…”

“…Changes in deuterium content can have a profound effect on the physiological processes in the body [1,2]. The creation of modern methods for deuterium-depleted water (DDW) production [3][4][5][6][7] has made possible the targeted regulation of HDO molecule levels in drinking water while tracking the response of various organs and body systems.…”

“…At the cellular level the studies are conducted to find out the effect of DDW on oncoculture; Cong F.-S. et al showed that DDW induces apoptosis in human lung carcinoma cell line A549 in vitro, and also reduces lung tumor size in mice in vivo by 30% [16]; and Wang H. et al showed the efficiency of DDW to inhibit the proliferation of nasopharyngeal carcinoma cells [17]. In addition, studies are conducted of DDW influence for dynamics of growth and activity of various microorganisms, for example it is shown that yeast cells, taken as tested objects, double increase production of CO 2 yield in a nutrient mixture prepared in light water with depleted content of deuterium [18].…”
