MYC drives overexpression of telomerase RNA (hTR/TERC) in prostate cancer

Abstract: Telomerase consists of at least two essential elements, an RNA component hTR or TERC that contains the template for telomere DNA addition and a catalytic reverse transcriptase (TERT).
