Myopericytoma of neck region — A case report

Abstract: A 42-year-old male presented with a history of an enlarging painless swelling on the right side of neck for 15 days. It recurred within three months of partial excision. Immunohistochemistry showed positivity for Smooth Muscle Actin [SMA]. This newly described entity is being reported for its unusual histological features and its differential diagnosis with other spindle cell and vascular lesions of soft tissues.
