This study was conducted to reveal the relationships between physical education teachers’ narcissistic behaviors and job satisfaction. This research was designed in a correlational survey model, 195 physical education teachers, 41 females, and 154 males were selected by the simple random sampling among the physical education teachers working in Kırıkkale and Osmaniye provinces, participated in the study voluntarily. In the study, “Personal Information Form” was used to determine the demographic characteristics of the participants, “Narcissistic Personality Inventory-13 (NPI-13)” was used to determine the demographic characteristics of the participants, and the “Job Satisfaction Scale” was used to determine the level of job satisfaction. In the analysis of the data, it was decided whether the descriptive statistics (standard deviation, frequency, arithmetic mean) met the conditions of the parametric tests or not by looking at the Skewness and Kurtosis values and the Levene test results. Since the skewness and kurtosis values obtained in the study were between (-1) and (+1), the applicability of the parametric tests was decided and T-test, One-Way analysis of variance (ANOVA) Pearson correlation coefficient, and simple linear regression analysis were used. As a result of the study, it was determined that the narcissistic behaviors of physical education teachers were moderate and their job satisfaction was high. It was found that there is no significant relationship between narcissistic behaviors and job satisfaction p > 0.05. It was determined that the narcissistic behaviors showed a significant difference between the variables of educational status, age, and status of taking part in sportive activities p < 0.05. The results obtained from this research; showed that physical education teachers’ narcissistic behavior levels did not differ significantly according to gender and branch type, but it was concluded that there was a significant difference according to the variables of educational status, age, the status of taking part in sportive activities and the levels of narcissistic behavior did not affect the job satisfaction of physical education teachers in their professional lives.

The purpose of this study is to find out the narcissism levels of the students in Faculty of Sports Sciences and to compare these in terms of some demographic variables. The sample of the study consists of a total of 180 students (66 females, 114 males) studying in three different departments of faculty of sports sciences (Physical Training and Sports Education, Sports Management and Coaching Education) who agreed to participate in the study voluntarily. In the study, Narcissistic Personality Inventory was used as data collection tool. The normality assumption tests of the data were conducted with Kolmogorov-Smirnov Test. Since the data did not meet the parametric test assumptions, nonparametric tests "'Mann-Whitney U" and "Kruskal Wallis" were used in order to find out the differences between personality traits and narcissism. Significant differences were found between age and the sub dimensions of exhibitionism and entitlement, between year of study and entitlement, and between being elite and exhibitionism and exploitativeness (p<0.05). In addition, branches and all sub dimensions were compared and no significant difference was found in any of the sub-dimensions (p>0.05). No significant difference was also found between total narcissism scores and the variables. As a conclusion, statistically significant difference was found between students' narcissistic personality traits and the variables of age, year of study and being elite. Based on these results, the fact that the students show narcissistic personality traits although they are still students shows that it is necessary to take the necessary steps before these attitudes and perceptions reach harmful extents and continue increasingly in their occupations.

Bu çalışmanın amacı, içsel pazarlama uygulamalarının yaratıcı çalışan performansına etkisini ve bu etkileşimde narsist liderliğin rolünü araştırmaktır. Bu kapsamda içsel pazarlama uygulamaların yoğun bir şeklide uygulandığı otel, restoran ve cafe (HORECA) çalışanlarıyla anket çalışması gerçekleştirilmiştir. Analiz sonuçlarına göre içsel pazarlama uygulamalarının yaratıcı çalışan performansını pozitif yönde etkilediği, içsel pazarlama uygulamalarının narsist liderlik üzerinde negatif yönlü bir etkisinin olduğu ve narsist liderliğin ise yaratıcı çalışan performansını negatif yönde etkilediği bulgularına ulaşılmıştır. Ayrıca narsist liderliğin içsel pazarlama ile yaratıcı çalışan performansı arasında kısmi aracılık rolü olduğu bulgusuna ulaşılmıştır.
