Nonphonon Mechanism of Superconductivity in Compounds of Transition Metals

Abstract: The kinematical mechanism of superconductivity is applied to the Emery-Hirsch model for the CuO 2 and BiO 3 layers. A superconducting region due to strong kinematic interaction of p- and s, d-electrons are determined as a function of np and ns,d-degrees of non-filling of 2p6, 6s2, 3d10 shells of O 2−, Bi 3+, Cu +. The T c is calculated taking into account the spin flip relaxation time. Magnetostatic properties of a superconducting state in a weak magnetic field are investigated. Coefficients of the Ginzburg-L… Show more

“…3. Decay time ~ in the d-p electron system Expression (3) was obtained by analogy with the theory of superconductivity with paramagnetic admixture (Abrikosov and Gor'kov 1960), but involve a different, decreased and temperature-dependent, dimensionless parameter y= l/(21rTc~s) where rj 1 is the reciprocal decay time of electrons with spin inversion (Ivanov and Zaitsev 1989).…”

“…The non-diagonal basis X α -operators give rise to quasiparticles labelled by α. Their specific non-Fermi permutation relations provide the kinematic interaction [5,6] and the system of correlated electrons is non-ideal forever. The non-ideality is closed to the one in spin systems giving rise to Dyson's dynamic interaction due to deviation from the Bosestatistics [7].…”

“…By application of the equation of motion for X-operators in the context of the Hubbard model one can check [5,6] that the two-particle energy of correlated electrons with opposite spin projections is non-additive, i.e. in the mass center frame…”
