Novel Spectrum Handoff in Cognitive Radio Networks Using Fuzzy Logic

Abstract: Cognitive radio is a technology initiated by many research organizations and academic institutions to raise the spectrum utilization of underutilized channels in order to alleviate spectrum scarcity problem to a larger extent.
