Nutrient Status Assessment in Individuals and Populations for Healthy Aging—Statement from an Expert Workshop

Abstract: A workshop organized by the University Medical Center Groningen addressed various current issues regarding nutrient status of individuals and populations, tools and strategies for its assessment, and opportunities to intervene.
