O comércio de queijo de coalho na orla de Salvador, Bahia: trabalho infantil e segurança de alimentos

Abstract: OBJETIVO: Caracterizar o comércio de queijo de coalho na orla marítima de Salvador (BA) na perspectiva do trabalho infantil e da segurança de alimentos.
