O uso da técnica Delphi como alternativa metodológica para a área da Ciência da Informação

Abstract: Este artigo discorre sobre a técnica Delphi, que se inclui dentro dos chamados Métodos Especialistas, como método de pesquisa na Ciência da Informação, explanando as particularidades da técnica. Apresenta-se as vantagens e desvantagens do uso do método, suas características, terminologia e etapas, também abordando as formas que o Delphi pode ser configurado, sugerindo o Delphi de Políticas como o mais adequado à área.
