Observation of macrophage autophagy in the healing of diabetic ulcers via a lysosome-targeting polarity-specific two-photon probe

Abstract: A polarity-dependent two-photon fluorescent probe for evaluation of autophagy in the process of diabetic mouse skin ulcer-induced inflammation was constructed.
