Highlights There is a considerable debate regarding implant or autologous reconstruction of breast. Single session reduction mammoplasty with contralateral autologous reconstruction is feasible. A novel procedure has been presented. Dividing the contralateral breast and creating a myocutaneous flap for reconstruction.
