Abstract:Conductive polymers and hydrogels are two of the hot prospect polymer types that are used for new stimuli responsive materials. In this study, one‐step preparation of electroconductive composite hydrogels containing polypyrrole (PPy) and N‐isopropylacrylamide (NIPAM) using free radical polymerization technique was achieved with N,N‐methylenebisacrylamide as a crosslinker and ammonium peroxy disulphate (APS) as initiator, in mixture of water/isopropyl alcohol. The equilibrium swelling degree of the poly(NIPAM)‐… Show more
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
