Optimization of the Process of Efficiency Management of the Primary Kaolin Excavation on the Curved Face of the Conditioned Area

Abstract: The influence of primary kaolin moisture on the duration of bucket unloading is proven, and the analytical dependence for the estimation of this ratio in the form of a second-degree polynomial is obtained. Three main technological schemes for different technological conditions substantiate the procedure for evaluating the productivity of the primary kaolin excavation for cases of selective development of curvilinear sections on the basis of the first proposed technological coefficient of the contact form, whic… Show more

“…An important aspect of the research by the finite element method is the 'discreteness' of the computational experiment conditions with a certain set of specific values of the parameters included in the calculation [12], [13]. To summarize the recommendations designed for a certain range of mininggeological and mining-engineering conditions, it is necessary to identify a set of patterns of each parameter influence, which necessitates large-scale multifactorial computational experiments with subsequent processing the results obtained by the methods of correlation-dispersion analysis [14]- [18]. This requires a lot of time and thorough planning of the research algorithm, but, on the other hand, increases the degree of the geomechanical model objectivity and the reliability of subsequent geotechnical predictions for the stability of mine workings.…”

“…In average the operational overburden rate using existing methods, specific recommendations have not yet been developed for the implementation of the selected mining mode in the practical planning of mining operations at the quarry, most often associated with determining the changing width of the working area (WWA) throughout the entire life of the field in the open pit. To implement the method, it is necessary to know the development system, the opening scheme and the direction of the deepening in the quarry space, to have cross-sections or segmental plans with the boundaries of the quarry applied at the end of mining [6].…”

“…Усебічний аналіз літературних джерел показав, що більшість досліджень було присвячено окремим питанням розроблення ґрунту екскаваторами безперервної дії. Так, у статті [4] надається аналітична залежність для оцінки співвідношення первинної вологості ґрунту на тривалість вивантаження ковша екскаватора у вигляді полінома другого ступеня, але не розглянуто вплив форми, кількості та розміщення різців на продуктивність машини.…”
