The article aims to describe the state of the art of Social Determinants of Health (SDH) and health vulnerabilities in the context of the immigrant population. 78 scientific articles produced in Latin America were analyzed. Access to health services (69,2%), working conditions (52,5%), various types of violence (38,4%), economic and income conditions (26,9%) were highlighted as DSS. and housing and shelter (24,3%) and the vulnerabilities located in the social axis (85,9%) and in the programmatic axis (84,6%). These conditions make immigrants susceptible to health problems. The study demonstrated the need to create specific public policies to guarantee the reception and inclusion of immigrants in receiving societies.
