Abstract: Reconstruction of scalp and calvarial defects following trauma post burn and after tumor ablation frequently requires prosthetic cranioplasty and soft tissue coverage. Furthermore, patients often have advanced disease and receive perioperative radiotherapy following tumor ablation.
