Based on the AMOLED panel with Indium Gallium Zinc Tin Oxide (IGZTO) Thin Film Transistor (TFT) backplane technology, we have successfully developed a 2.06 inch high definition smart watch whose metal oxide TFT with back channel (BCE) structure is fabricated on the 6th generation glass substrates. Metal oxide TFT has the advantages of low leakage current, low cost, high reliability, high mobility and good uniformity.[1,2]The field mobility of the AMOLED TFT device developed in this paper is 12.22 cm2 /V‐sec, the Vth (threshold voltage) is 1.20V, the lon/Ioff (switch ratio) is 1.16E+08, and the SS (sub‐threshold swing) is 0.19 V/decade, which proves the high reliability of metal oxide TFT. Good optical and electrical properties are demonstrated. The red and green OLEDs achieve current efficiencies of 76.4 cd/A and 139 cd/A, respectively. And the blue index of the OLED is 154. The RGB OLEDs show low driving voltage of 3.13V, 3.5V and 3.67V, respectively.
